Please note, the more level the ground is the easier it is to open and close the cargo doors.
Most of our customers place their containers directly on the ground. Some customers choose to have a dirt, gravel, or concrete pad prepared before delivery.
Others select to set their container on railroad ties, concrete blocks, 4x4 wood blocks, etc. We would be happy to set your container atop any material you have prepared at the drop site.
We need to be able to make wide turns.
Our load is heavy, so if your ground is soft, we may need to reschedule.
Level ground for level doors are essential to proper functioning doors.
If you are unsure of your delivery site, give us a call!
We need 90 feet of straight-line clearance for the container to be placed and come off the trailer.
We need 120 feet of straight-line clearance for the container to be placed and come off the trailer.
We need clearance from obstacles of 12 feet wide and 13'6" high (up to 16' high during tilt delivery).
The driver will give you a call before loading your container with an estimated time frame for your delivery. If you are the first delivery of the day, you may receive this call the business day prior to your delivery. Delivery drop off times start as early as 7AM.
If your site has been rained on or become wet, we may need to reschedule. There will be an additional dry run delivery fee if we have to come back due to wet ground.
The driver will also confirm the direction you want the cargo doors loaded.
Upon arrival, the driver will use a truck with a tilt-bed trailer to place your container, and there will be paperwork for you to sign at the end of delivery.
